A healthy diet has a lot of benefits. It ranges from helping you to prevent certain health illness like heart disease, cancer, lower cholesterol give you more energy, help you focus, to improving your mood. It can also help you lose weight or maintain a healthy weight.

However, if you do not pay attention to your feeding plan as a student or even as a working class you might experience a sort of lacuna.

There is no doubt you want to graduate with distinction and achieve your specific objectives. As a result you go extra mile to burn the midnight candle. You try as much as possible not to leave any stone unturned. Achieving this demands a lot from you.
But I want to bring something to your awareness, "If you do not take it easy on yourself by maintaining a balanced feeding plan, you might not be fit enough to graduate let alone your dream distinction."

One of the tips of leaving a healthy life in school and thereafter is to ensure that there is a balance between your feeding plan and the stress you undergo.
However,70 percentage of students go without solid meal per day in other words ,they feed on junk ,desert and other food supplement which cannot sustain you for the tedious task you are passing through.

Give up the excuses of :
I barely have time to cook at home!
How can I cope with coking and attending lectures the same time without letting one suffer?
You have to be deliberate about your feeding plan the same way you are with your lectures and everyday lifestyle.
