Every woman has a unique voice and a journey. Women are indispensable.
Women should not end their career in the kitchen. A potential woman should have more skills rather than the cooking skills in the kitchen.
A popular slogan goes thus "when you educate a girl child you educate the whole nation". The truth be told, gone are the days when civilization hasn't gotten the green light. Women were usually tagged second class citizens by those who felt they worth nothing.
A woman has every equal right a man has because she is equally human, she can breathe and she can improve the society. Princess Diana said "people think at the end of the day that a man is the only answer (to fulfilment). Actually a job is better for me".
Sequel to this, a woman is supposed to have every opportunity a man has to improve herself. The altar of marriage should not be one that encourages women to sacrifice her dreams and ambitions to serve a man fully in his bed and in the kitchen. She should be given a chance to show case her guts to the society, she should be given free will to explore and make significant changes.
A woman can do so much if given the privilege, she can also be a breadwinner, a mother and a wife, her place should not be restricted to the kitchen because the society says so, but she should be allowed to go beyond her horizon, get recognitions, be an inspiration to others, a role model, an employer, a goal getter, independent woman who doesn't always have to depend on her husband for every little thing she needs.
She can be just anything she aspires to be only if her wings are unclipped. She should be given the platform to voice out her opinions and make reasonable contributions. She shouldn't be subjected to the role of a housewife, a baby factory or a symbol of ownership.
A woman is more powerful than what defines her, she is the engine of every household. A woman can make or mare a society. If she discovers her untapped potentials she can be among the leaders of her society or community.
Women have ruled great countries, women have and still owns great business ventures. Women are powerful forces. The society has so degraded a woman that her self esteem has been reduced to accept whatever comes either good or bad.
Every woman out there deserves a voice, has the right and freedom to become what ever she has ever dreamt of becoming. Only if the society starts changing it's conception and ideology of a woman been a tool to be handled by a demi god.
