RESUMPTION OF ACTIVITIES IN THE INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY (IMT), ENUGU
Following the out break of covid 19, all academic institution have been on a total lockdown.
Following the alleged news on school resumption, the Institute has decided to release an internal memorandum.
As the Institute awaits further directives from the state government, here are what is required from all internal stakeholders of the Institution.
1. That all HoDs including Academic and Administrative return to their duty post.
2. That all Heads of Administrative and Academic department unit provide hand washing facilities at the entrance of their offices and ensure full compliance to the protocol.
3. That all Heads of units (Administrative) adjust their spa es in the offices to ensure full compliance to social distancing.
4. That all Adminstrative staff return to their duty post in line with the new spacing according to NCDC specifications.
5. That students with outstanding admission and registration formalities should come from home to conduct such issues
5. That all head of Academic Do make their officers available to attend to such students in (4) above.
6. Please for the avoidance of doubt, academic activities are not being resumed as that remains on hold pending the directives from the government and or her agencies.
*Special notice*
On or before 28th of September, all Academic Department are to constitute a 5 man Covid_19 Protocol Committee comprising of of three staff and tow student.
A copy should be submitted to the office of DAP.
Note, that this notice is just to complement the directives of the State and National Government.
