Aisha Yesufu not in the same page with Mr. Peter Obi causes panic among supporters.

Aisha Yesufu, a Muslim Nigerian activist who is a major supporter of Peter Obi movement, has disagreed with the Obidients movement in the ongoing campaign for the Nigeria decides 2023 election.

Peter Obi who is the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP,  had in a tweet summoned on the Obedients one more time to come out en masse to cast their votes for their candidates in various states across  Nigeria during the  governorship and state Houses of Assembly elections 2023.

Aisha, wasn't on the same page with  the movement over who becomes the next Governor of Enugu State to be precised as she projected another candidate who is not in the same party with Mr. Peter Obi.

Peter Obi, in his tweet wrote, “As we pursue due process and defer to the rule of law, I urge all the OBIdients in the various states to continue campaigning for our candidates, namely, Gbadebo Rhodes Vivour in Lagos, Chijoke Edeoga in Enugu, Patrick Dakum in Plateau, Alex Otti in Abia, Ken Pela in Delta, Ibrahim Mshelia in Borno, to name just a few.”

The Labour Party, Presidential candidate further encouraged  his supporters to vote for candidates with competence, character, capacity, and compassion.

On the other hand, Aisha Yesufu, an active supporter and promoter of the Labour Party, specifically believes that Frank Nweke Jnr of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, is the most qualified candidate to lead Enugu  State among the other candidates including the Labour Party flag bearer.

“God forbid I become what I want to change. I can never sacrifice competence for partisanship!” She tweeted.

“Frank Nweke Jnr @FrankNwekeII is the person for Enugu State. The people must be the winners and not individuals.”

The reactions of the Party members and the Obedient movement is really overwhelming.
