An angry man threatened to close my UBA bank account

An angry man threatened to close my UBA bank account.

After UBA's chairman, Tony Elumelu, received Nigeria's president-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a young guy was understandably upset and took to the company's social media network to voice his displeasure. He stated that he would no longer conduct business with UBA.

Following the politician's announcement that he would be the next President of Nigeria, the Chairman of the UBA, who is also a business magnate and economist, had a celebratory dinner for him at his home.

It was said that while arriving at Elumelu's flat, the president-elect congratulated the philanthropist by shaking his hand and giving him a hug on his recent election to the office of president of Nigeria.

"Last man standing." "He is still standing," Elumelu said aloud, referring to the former senator and two-term governor of Lagos State.

The meeting between the duo has however struck one or two nerves as one Nigerian identified as @SenatorEnrii took to his Twitter page to reveal that he has uninstalled his bank app and intends to visit his bank and close his account.

An excerpt from his post read:

"I just deleted my UBA app." Tomorrow, I will close my UBA account. "I won’t transfer money to or receive money from my UBA account."
